Is your jewellery made of pure silver?

Our silver jewellery is made of 92.5 silver which is the purest form of jewellery grade silver used to make jewellery worldwide.

How do I take care of my silver jewellery?

Our silver jewellery is coated with rhodium which protects it from tarnishing or turning black and ensures long-lasting brilliance.

Given below are a few caring tips to ensure proper care of your jewellery:

  • Store in the plastic zip-lock bag provided, if not in use for an extended amount of time
  • Keep away from perfumes, soaps, extreme temperatures or anything acidic
  • Keep safe from impact

Will my jewellery look the same as shown in the images?

We take utmost care to ensure the images on our website are representative of how our jewellery looks. However, some designs may look slightly different on account of lighting. In case you feel your jewellery doesn’t match its image, please contact us.

Do I need to create an account to order on the website/app?

You are required to log in before purchasing if you’re using our app. However, in the case of a website, you can proceed as a guest and place your order. Please note in case of using the account as a guest, order history and tracking information might not be available to you on the website.

I have forgotten my account password, what should I do?

No worries! If you have forgotten your account password, please go to the login screen and click on lost your password. Once done, please enter the username or email ID that you had registered your account with and a password reset link will be sent to your email ID. By clicking on this link, you can reset your password.

Are my personal details secure?

Absolutely! We treat customer privacy as our utmost priority! While we do not store any financial details (credit card, debit card, bank account numbers, UPI IDs etc), any personal data that we collect – name, email id, phone number or delivery address is kept secure and used only for the purposes of shipping your orders and providing certain order related updates. We will never share your data with any third party.

What payment methods are accepted?

To provide you with a convenient shopping experience, we accept various payment options. You can pay for your order using credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, UPI, and other major modes of payment.

What should I do if the payment is deducted but I haven’t received the order confirmation?

After making the payment, please allow up to 10-15 minutes to receive an order confirmation email or text message. If you haven’t received any confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us and we will assist you further. If the payment has been received by us, we will manually create your order and ship it. However, if the amount has not reached us, the payment gateway will automatically refund the amount to your original payment source within 5-7 working days.

Do I need to pay any extra charges on top of what is shown on the website?

Absolutely not! All prices shown on our website are inclusive of taxes. What you see on the website is what you pay. In case you are asked to pay anything extra, please report to us ASAP and we will do our best to help you!

Where will I get the refund money for the returned order?

We do not accept refunds, Instead the products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivering.
